water baptism

The most awaited event in my life since I began to uphold myself onto Lord Jesus Christ has finally…arrived and achieved. I was very excited during this week and I just can’t wait for the day to come. When it has arrived, I looked up at the sky and complaining, “So hot! Sure skin burn” forgetting that I prayed for fine weather on the day before. The sun was shining so brightly. But when we got to Pantai Kundur, the weather had turned cooler. The sun was behind the clouds, hiding from us…

Before

Bro David preached about the meaning of Water Baptism and that everyone should understand it before getting into the water to be baptized

We tried putting our feet in the sea water to test the coldness. But too bad, it’s warm

Hallelujah!
One brother has been baptized. I guess that this brother was the first!Sis Joey (guitarist) plays a new tune right after each one arises from the water

Err, yea, we were fooling around

During

The tide was very strong and I couldn’t stand still. I was pushed to the front and back and I felt like a wobbling balloon. I quickly grab Sis Shin Jie’s arms. Haha!

Bro David asked me 3 questions. My answers: AMEN!

He prayed for me…

then...

here it goes!

I was completely under the surface of the water

HALLELUJAH!!!
p.s: the water is salty and my eyes hurt

--- ** --- ** --- ** ---

I’ve marked March 24, as one of the most important dates in my mind. These are the few dates which are very important:

2006
August 27: Rededicated to the Lord
2007
February 13: Holy Spirit Baptism
March 24: Water Baptism

Every Christians should be baptized in water as soon as possible after they’ve converted. You would be asking how come I just got baptized yesterday when I have believed in God for so many years. 3 reasons:
` I didn’t really go to any churches every Sunday
` I didn’t know the meaning of Water Baptism
` I couldn’t go for those church camps where they organized it

So, it was very memorable for me and I almost cried twice! First was when we gathered and the second time was when I was in Jason's car, on the way to Newton, Malacca Raya.

a joke

Something peculiar happened. And I just don’t get it.

Very, very ghastly.

I was very upset last night because it was my birthday. My 21st birthday. I was worried about what will happen on my birthday few days ago because my friends celebrated my birthday on Mon, March 19. I had this sense that there won’t be anything special on Wednesday. But I was thankful on that day because Care Group is at 8pm so I’m not going to be all by myself with no one around me except food and Sushi. So, I was very excited for care group till… Shin Jie told me that it’s on Thursday because everyone would be busy last night. SOBS! Manasseh Care Group was brought forward. I saw Sin Lu walking out from the house into the van. SOBS! I saw Su Han revising her notes for the exam that night. SOBS!After Su Han went out, I dashed to her pc and check my friendster. WOW! 17 testimonials! Well, it’s not that I received them on one day. I haven’t gone online for a few days so that’s why. Hehe.

Shin Jie got frustrated a little bit due to my boredom which leads to… more dullness. I suggested that we should have shepherding. So, we went into Su Han’s study room and sat on the floor. I browsed through the catalog (Carla Rina, Eslene etc) while she… I don’t remember what she was doing. Then, I suggest that we should go to JJ.

I parked the car right in front of the main entrance and saw Eugene Ee at The Coffee Bean holding a box of Secret Recipe cake. I waved at him and entered JJ. We went up to the first floor and got in Popular. Looked around and saw Fall Out Boy – Infinity on High Malaysia’s Edition. One thing I do not like
the “Special Malaysia Edition” sticker because it’s a sign for the ‘Cut Version’.

Probably, you won’t hear ‘GOD’ in “This Ain’t A Scene, Its An Arms Race”. I also saw Christina Aguilera – Back To Basics. She has pretty good songs inside but the tunes are a bit boring. Ok, let’s get on with the story…

After looking at the girl who plays the drum game very well, we decided to go makan at KFC. We stood outside for a few minutes before deciding to enter. So, we ordered. Whipped Potato was the first thing in my mind. I l.o.v.e whipped potato. Just imagine the hot and spicy gravy melts in your mouth…

My mind was all over it and I went to the cashier and said,

... instead.

I went to the seat without knowing the mistake I made. I opened it with GREAT expectations of the yummy gravy but... sadly to say, I was very disappointed, knowing I made a mistake. I went back to the counter and asked if I could exchange it but too bad. It's ok! I ate it and drank some of Shin Jie's coke. I was very very confused. For the whole time, my mind's only thinking about Whipped Potato but how is that my mouth said Coleslaw? I tried to figure it out how it happened but I don't understand.

Now, don't you think it's very very ghastly??

birthday

2005 - March 20
` A surprise birthday party
` Renee, Nikki, Florence, Fishball, Siaw Keen, Radikah, Sam Yu, Elaine, Jeffery, Jennifer
` Shakeys' Pizza, Jaya Jusco

* I went there with Renee and Nikki after a party in Miss Oshima's condo. Renee was very clever to turn the story around, saying that she's meeting her friend in JJ. So I and Nikki followed. Until we came to Shakeys', then I knew they're celebrating Radikah's birthday. The people were sitting at 2 conjoined tables. The pizzas, garlic breads, mushroom soups, and coke were served. Everyone quarried. I didn't eat because I had enough of the Japanese food earlier. When every one is done, they placed the cake in front of Radikah and me. She said "My birthday is your birthday and so the other way." Oh, how touched was I. The others sang the birthday song and we blew the candles. A few of them started to dig the cream off the cake and splat it on our faces. I covered my face with my hands and received a hard slap on my back for it. Then, we began to spray to each other with the hard cream. I was supposed to throw a bit of the cream at Fishball but it missed him and ended up on someone's table. I’m really bad at targeting. He went to apologize.

` A disclosed surprise birthday party
` Stephanie, Justina, Jacqueline, Pui Kim, Anne, Ling Pei, Stella, Su Li, Andrew, Thomas, Alvin
` My house

* I didn't expect it coming but I knew it a week before my birthday. We were to celebrate it on my birthday, but due to the busy-ness, it’s been postponed. So, when the secret's revealed, I was 'assigned' to do invitations. They were given out in cute envelopes. On that very day, Stephanie came without informing me. Ok, so that's a surprise. They prepare the things in the porch. After making sure the food's in right order, we went out to pick people at SK Bukit Baru bus stop. Everyone eats! Then we play games.
1) Two partners tied together at the legs, walk towards the black bin, grab 2 water balloons each and go back to the starting point at the fastest time.
2) Pass the polo sweet using toothpicks when the music's played. Once it’s stopped, the person with the sweet has to pick a paper where the penalty is stated.

* There was once, Jacqueline pulled me to a place where she started to talk. But I can't figure out what she was talking. Then, someone poured a bucket of water on me. It was Alvin! The mischief one! I got soaked! I quickly ran into the bathroom and changed. Soon, everyone came to the kitchen and I cut the Secret Recipe's Tiramisu (sponsored by Alex and is Stephanie's favourite).
` The best part was when Justina and Alvin danced together for 1 minute as the punishment in the 2nd game

` A disclosed birthday party
` Shin Jie, Su Han, Abraham, Wee Kiat, Wendy, Li Lin, Wei Bin, Joey, Pai Chet, Khai Lin, Mary, Jing Ching and friend, Florence, Ivy, Joanne, Blessings, Sin Lu, Jenn and friend, David, Jonathan, Chun Hong, Phillip, Chris, Aaron, Zephaniah, Zacharias, Emmanuel, Lazarus, Paul, 2 guy visitors
` Esther’s house

* I was informed that it was for Simpsons (who was absent) and Pai Chet. Joseph Care Group organizes it. But someone said that it's my party as well, with Wendy. I was so excited for the party since last week till I've forgotten my own. I was certainly surprised when I knew that they celebrate mine. When I hung around Su Han's pc, a few people came to me, "Your birthday today right?" and "Happy Birthday". Zacharias came to me and shook a finger, "Ehhhh, I know it’s your birthday. Today right? Right?" Ok… Maybe someone should tell them it’s a surprise party. When they asked me, I said "No, it's not my birthday, it's Simpsons's birthday." It's really her birthday! Abraham was pretty suspicious. I saw him holding gifts behind his back and he was, obviously, hiding them from me. Paul placed a cold and wet plastic bag filled with jelly on my head while Aaron patted on my head. It seemed like everyone loves to hit me or pat on my head.

* We all eat the food that was prepared by the sisters in Esther's house. Again, Shin Jie fried bee hun, her specialty! Then, they were all talking about stuffs. I went to sit with Aaron and Blessings. Aaron told us a joke. It goes like this: "Why when dog piss, it brings its leg up?" Me were definitely clueless. Then he said: "Because if the pillar fall, the dog's leg able to keep it from falling onto it". Man! That was very funny!

* A few people whispered to Aaron to play the guitar. It's Birthday song time! Shin Jie held the cake. First, at Pai Chet. Then, me and lastly, Wendy who was shocked. After that, we cut the cake together. Next, it's time for pressies (will be uploaded in the next post). Then, the brothers and sisters prayed for each of us :) Few minutes later, the girls asked Pai Chet to wear the skirt and spaggethi strap shirt. She don't wear those stuffs but we all forced her to. When she has done, everyone barge into the room but the girls tried to close the door. It was a funny scene! We didn't play games because some of us have to leave early. Then, we bid each other goodbye and off we went.

* Jonathan sent me home and we talked about Canaan Home on our way back. It was a very nice ride home. He shared a lot of things about Canaan land. It was a very good sharing :)

p.s: so, anyone really know when's my birthday?

movie

This afternoon, Fabian and I went to watch a movie called, Bridge to Terabithia. I have not heard of it before. He told me that it is a fantasy movie, by the director of The Chronicles of Narnia. My heart jumped of joy because I love Narnia a lot! I went to pick him up at 11am from MMU and off we go. Fabian bought the tix at the ticket counter half hour before the show starts. Since we’ve plenty of time to hang out, we went to have our lunch at Medan Selera. At 12pm, both of us went into Cineplex 1. There were only 7 audiences for this movie, I counted.

Anyway, the movie is quite funny at the beginning. The family has 4 daughters and a son. The son is the main character and his name is Jess. He has problems getting along with his father and older sisters. He always gets bullied by his classmates and also by an eight grade girl in the bus. On the positive sides, he is good in drawings. He drew any imaginary things you could ever imagine, from tree trolls to bats with big heads. In school, he fell in love with his music teacher. I simply adore the songs they sang in the classroom. There is a new student whose name is Leslie and she is quite intelligent. She loves creative writing. When she reads out her essay on Scuba, Jess began to imagine the fishes swimming in the water and bubbles coming out from her mouth.

AnnaSophia Robb, PT, Josh Hutcherson

They soon became close friends, thanks to their similar interests. When they saw a rope hanging above the river, Leslie started to think about having a private place for only 2 of them. They began to explore deeper in the forest and found themselves in a world Leslie called Terabithia. It all began in a broken tree house. Terabithia is a magical place where only Jess and Leslie know. One day, their music teacher invited Jess to the National Museum. On the same day, Leslie died. She was drowned in the river. Earlier, they noticed that the water level is rising. She went to Terabithia but she fell into the river. The water was moving swiftly so I guess she couldn’t be saved.

About the ending, I guess I've to leave it up to your imagination. It's not what I expect but I understood the message this movie is showing. So, open up your mind and let everything just flow into your eyes :)

earthquake

Breaking news:
Feel the EARTHQUAKE in MMU, Malacca

No, I wasn't in campus when it happens. I don't even know there's an earthquake. I was working in Tesco laughing and teasing Steven as mentioned in previous post. I wouldn't know if Fabian didn't tell me. I was at Mr Ong's computer shop taking pictures *during work time, tsk tsk* when he came to tell me the news. I was shocked but at the same time, thank God I wasn't in the building. My friend, Ayu called me to tell me about what had happened. She said that the security guards felt the shakes and quickly went into every of the classes and rush the students out. I talked to one of the security guards and she said that the people in FBL building felt the earthquake more than the others in the campus.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"A powerful earthquake has struck the Indonesian island of Sumatra, and was also felt in Singapore and Malaysia. The quake struck at 1049 local time (0349 GMT), causing panic among residents in western Sumatra. The quake was also reportedly felt in west coastal areas of Malaysia, and this include Multimedia University (Malacca Campus) which is several buildings are said to have swayed slightly due to the tremor. There are no immediate reports of casualties or serious damage. For further information regarding this quake kindly visit www.kjc.gov.my.

Thank you.

SECURITY DIVISION"
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Several buildings are said to have swayed slightly..." really frightened me. I felt as if my legs are becoming jellies and I am going to fall to the floor in this lab. I can't imagine myself in that situation.

I am a girl who is terrified of almost everything!

Don't blame me because Malacca is a safe place if you don't count in the robberies, murders, kidnapping, and suicides. I lived here for about 21 years already. Nothing bad happened to me except the grass in front of my house got burnt and more than 5 people came to put it out. So, I am not prepared to face such things especially earthquake!

Imagine the FBL building shook and collapsed and you are in the lobby. The 4 floor building fall on you.... ok, no horror stories here. Thank God everyone's alright. Classes are cancelled until this afternoon. Worst, last night's replacement class for PAE1024 have to be replaced again. Aiyo~

p.s: if anyone of you want to ask if it really really happened, well, classes have been cancelled and all buildings are closed, so... what more you want to ask?

the bad day

Last night, me and Steven went to PearlBean with Mr Ong. This gathering is for Steven who said that he'd be going to KL to work. So, his friends *me and the rest who are working with him, Lilic, and the computer shop* planned to yam cha with him. Earlier, he called me on Sunday at 11pm and I was already on my bed, wanting to sleep! I scolded the guys playfully for calling so late and they were already at Mata Kucing =_____=" I even teased them for they always going out together, and told them I might be the lamp post. Haha! The other people teased them as well and enjoyed laughing at Steven who always look so shy (no worries, he's a nice guy). But at last, his boss postphoned the work thingy till Friday so he has to come to work the next day. Haha!

Steven fetched me from Bukit Beruang where I was with Benjamin CG members and others to celebrate Ben's birthday. My mum called and asked me to go home first because my bro's locked out. I forgotten to leave a pair of keys for him. Wee Kiat and Su Han brought out the cake but I have no chance to join them because Steven came and I had to leave. When I was in the car, I saw Su Han was still struggling to light the candles. Haha! So Steven brought me home. He was very very kind. Then, we went to meet Mr Ong at 7-11 in Melaka Raya.

We arrived at PearlBean about 11.20pm and I wondered why Mr Ong was still sitting in his car. We went over to the car and saw him doing something with the laptop. He said that the icons didn't appear on the screen. Great! I told him that I wanted to online so he brought the wireless one. We get into the cafe and I seriously think that they changed the arrangements of the chairs and tables. I've been there once! We went to the table where the plug is near. Mr Ong plugged in the cable and stuffs while me and Steven looked through the menu. Our waiter is a new one. He is being watched by other waiter. I can see that he's nervous and always looking. Hmm... These are our drinks:

Steven: Latte Ice-Blended
Mr Ong: Latte Hot
Me: Cappucino Hot (cup)
with small white plastic cups of sugar water.

Mr Ong was still trying his best to turn on the laptop.

Me and Steven waited there. Mr Ong went out a couple of times to go to his car to check for screwdrivers. But he didn't have it. Then, he asked the waiter if he has one. Finally, he's able to check the thingy. I have no idea what he was doing. I just watched while Steven...

Mr Ong went out quite a long time. I went out to check on him. He told me that he has other laptops to use but all we need is the driver. And he was talking to me about it that afternoon! We went in and we just... I don't know what we were doing that time. We didn't really chat. I was flipping through the pages of Hot! magazines. Then, Mr Ong decided that we should go to the cyber cafe next door. Steven paid the bill and off we went!
The only reason Mr Ong wants to go online eagerly is just for one thing: Caller Ringtone. He wanted to get a new caller tone! He has already TWO in his phone.

After having his caller tone (Hilary Duff - Come Clean), we all went back. I was very tired but I wondered why I couldn't sleep until 2.30am! @____@

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I went to work at 9.30am (wondered why I am filled with energy) and I walked pass Mr Ong's shop. He came and told me that the laptop's working fine! How weird! It didn't work last night. Mr Ong said that I bring bad luck. Sobs. But it's ok. I had fun during this shift. Why? I wasn't close to Steven few months ago and it only takes one phone call that tighten our friendship bond. Both of us kept saying about the lamp post thingy! He said he was the tiang lampu last night so everyone would assume that I was dating Mr Ong. I said that I am the tiang lampu. We kept teasing each other. Besides that, I face a few weird things but I don't want to disclose them here :) Anyway, Steven bought me Chocolate Indulgence from Secret Recipe and ice-blended for Sammi :] Delicioso~

A pic of me in PearlBean :)
Sorry, you got to do some neck-exercise to look at me properly.

p.s: i just love my hair.. do you like it too? hehehee :]] Mr Ong is a shy man *as what he said* and I agree. before i get to know him, i was very scared to approach him because he looked very fierce. hahahaha! but never judge the book by its cover :)

new month

.. lovely lovely March ..
+[[ kisses and hugs to all March-ies ]]+

I'd like to wish Ann a very happy birthday!
Although I sent her SMS and a testimony in Friendster, I feel like I want to go out celebrate with her. But she's in Cyber while me in Malacca. It is really upsetting that you can't celebrate birthdays with your close friends. Anyway, her friends over there have already make her day and I am happy that she's no longer very sick.

Someone said that I am a weird girl. He didn't give a strong backup for that but his intuition tells him that. I think he is the one who is weird. Well, I asked him many times in which area that he thinks I am weird. He has no idea. I have no idea! But... I began to felt that my attitude is changing slowly. Do you know what? I used to be very quiet and lonely during secondary school. Don't believe eh? My close friends can tell you that. I don't mix a lot with my classmates unless I knew them like for a few years. But when I get to MMU, I began to change rapidly. I spoke to strangers and made friends with them. And I always ate lunch with my friends and doing stuffs together.

But... I am not like that anymore. Since I joined classes that are not at the same time as my other friends, I began to be very lonely. Not lonely in the sense that I have friends no more. It means that I am walking to classes alone, going to shops alone, going to lab alone etc. And to add the lonely-ness in me, I get very quiet. You can see me keeping quiet in classes until someone speaks to me first. I don't talk much with people I don't really know. I just prefer to stay quiet.

I told Stephanie that I am like that now. And she began to asked me alot of questions. Haha. She asked about my friends whom I hung out with, about lunch time, etc. And I answered all of them. I just say I'm too lazy to walk to the cafeteria to have lunch or to chat with my friends. Most of the time, I'd hang out in the lab or go home. You won't see me walking about in campus with a few girls sticking next to me. But if you ever see me walking with a few friends, that would be my groupmates.

Being alone in wherever you are.. don't you think it's nice?
It also means that being single is fun :] The proof, me!

Do you call that w.e.i.r.d?

p.s: Happy Birthday to Ben from Benjamin CG in advance :] (04/03)

blackbook

Today is the day that will be going into my little black book.
The book which I keep all my darkest darkest moments.
Like depressions, anger, humiliations etc etc...

So I was walking to my Managerial Communication tutorial classroom which is located in CLCR2014. I used the stairs, fyi because it's much nearer to me than the lift. Gosh, I wish I use the lift, seriously! I was tired! Anyway, I arrived at the 2nd floor, gasping for air, and all of sudden, I feel a rush to pee. I walked across 10 classrooms before reaching the ladies' toilet. I saw a few girls walking in, and the first thought, I'd have to wait a long time before my turn. And it's true! There were more than 10 girls waiting lining up in front of 3 doors. I stayed for a while but I can't stand the queue so I walked away. I opened the room door and I entered it. But I stopped because..I DO NOT KNOW ANYONE IN THERE! I haven't been to the class before so I do not know anyone. I stood at the door and looked at the guys. They stopped whatever they're doing and looked at me. Suddenly, smiles appeared on their faces. OMG! It was scary!

I stepped back and went out. My heart was beating so fast and after closing the door, I looked at the room number. It's CLCR2013. My whole body started to shiver and my mind rewind the embarrassing moment. It kept on repeating and I got to laugh at myself. I kept on giggling. I was imagining how funny my face were... God, it was embarrassing! I can't forget how bad it was and it is the first time I faced such situation. I couldn't stop smiling in the right class. But after a while, the feelings went away and now, I am fine. I hope that none of the students who smiled remembered me! Hm, why there aren't cute guys in there?

Ok, I admit that I am seriously not good in basketball game. I only like to watch how the players play in the court. I watched My MVP Valentine and saw this guy who is a REAL basketball player :] I just love the way he handle the ball and also the way he stormed towards the goal. I couldn't deny that his moves are wonderful. I can never imagine that that are the ways how the players should play. Very good, I shall say. Oh, he also looks good in the drama. I just love the way he act. Very cool and calm, all the time! Except when he saw the puppy and he got terrified. Haha! (I am referring to character) So, why don't you, people who love to play basketball, watch this movie and learn those steps :P I bet you'll play good and look good too. Hehe.

p.s: sorry if I sounded like I am not making sense, I am too tired :/ just came back from work.

Latest News:
나는SGWannabe과 사랑안에 이다
(I am in love with SG Wannabe)

So, anyone got their songs..
please be very kind and send me their songs :]
Believe it or not, I am certainly liking this Korean band.

How I come to like SG Wannabe?

I went to Stephanie's house and together with her sisters and Pui Kim, we watched the 2005 Korean Music Television Award show. I am seriously not interested in Korean music but I screamed when I saw HERO of TVXQ (pic). I like his hairstyle and think he looks like JERRY YEN of F4. He's the first one I look at whenever TVXQ appears on tv. Stephanie said that everyone would surely look at him first because he is good looking. Ok... I think he has the looks as the others but he has the "special" look which undeniably attracts girls' attention first. Back to my story. SG Wannabe was nominated for I-don't-remember-which-award category. And they won! I saw the video clip (it's all about the video clips) and it is very very nice! No doubt they can win it...

Something I Did Not Expect:
Last night I went to Prayer Meeting. And I noticed that there are 2 Korean guys attended the church. I was extremely happy because they are Koreans, you know... I made up my mind to ask them about SG Wannbe. After the meeting, I asked a friend of mine to ask them. He did and I was watching from the side. The guy who wore pink nodded and I shrieked! I jumped a little and quickly approach him. I asked if he has the songs and he nodded. Guessed I frightened him a little. So I asked if he could send me their songs to my email add. He agreed and I ran to my bag to write down my email. He let me to hear one of SG Wannabe's song.
I didn't know that it is really good to listen to!

the heart

How is it to like someone but he never likes you back?

How is it to give something to someone..
but the response is not good?

How is it to wait for that someone to reply..
but he never did?

I know that each one of us had been through the difficult time when we have to accept “NO” as the answer. No matter how hard you try, you are never good in his eyes. No matter how far you get to change yourself for him, he would never like you more than before. The more you try to know that person, the more annoyed he would be. And worse, you'll get ignored.

When he is sad, you would be sad. When he is happy, you would be happy too but you'd wonder if you're the one who makes him smile. When he is angry, you'd just provide him many advises to calm him down. When he is extremely happy, you wished you'd be the one beside him to share the happiness. When he cries, you wished you could lend your shoulders for him to cry on.

You wished he'd know everything that goes around your mind. You just need to tell him all things that happened in your life. You never fail to reply his text messages or answer his call. You don't want to hang up when it is time to quit talking. You would want to listen to him all the time during the phone call instead of telling your problems. You wanted to let him know how much you cared for him and wanted him to know that you'll always be there for him.

But the only thing you really want him to know is...

I have been having neck pain for the past few days. I thought that this pain would go away very soon but too bad, it didn't. I had troubles sitting down because my head would feel very heavy. I also had sore throat. I just can't swallow anything or even have the mood to eat. I was very sick.

But last night, I went to care group in Esther's house. It was quite special because we were having Valentine's care group. It's nothing but Valentine's mood. They ordered 2 pizzas from US Pizza. Then, Sister Su Han prepared spagetthi, cucur udang, and 2 drinks. Sister Shin Jie fried the mihun. When all of us arrived, we sat together and we did some introduction. Su Han gave a sweet to each of us. We were to throw it to whoever we want to introduce. Sister Sin Lu introduced me and she kept on guessing what is my favourite colour while Su Han and Shin Jie kept making the "error" sounds. Haha! It was very funny.

After praise and worship, we begun our REFRESHMENT! We sat around the 2 square tables and eat eat! I took the cucur udang although I know it'll hurt my throat but when I eat, I feel nothing. Yey! It was so tasty that I had to have more! Haha! I had the pizzas and the drink. Then we did some sharing. After that, I gave out the Valentine chocolates!!!

-----------------------------

This morning, I woke up thinking my neck would hurt again. I tried to turn left and right but... there's no pain at all! I thought I am tricking myself. So I tried swallowing my saliva to test if my throat hurts somemore. But it is not painful!
I am completely healed! I tried to remember when I prayed for them. All I know that Shin Jie massaged my neck real hard and I felt like screaming in pain (oops!) and that's all! I am so happy that I don't have to feel the painful pain anymore.

Thanks to the Lord!

sick

I was very ill yesterday.

I felt that I'd be off colour when I feel very cold in Lilic. The air conditioner was off. When I got home, I felt poorer. Usually your friends would say that after some sleep, we'd feel better but I didn't get better! My body gets warmer. My brain was pounding very hard. Every inch of movements hurts. I laid my head onto my bed as I sat on the floor. My mum asked me to take the Chinese powdery medicine but I don't want. I tasted it before and I hated it very much. Yuck!

My uncle came by to do some measurements in our bathroom. He saw me. He told my mum to get me to the hospital as soon as possible because he heard that there are 10 people from Malacca who died of Denggi. And he kept telling, "5 days". I couldn't be bothered. It was Supernatural Tuesday. I wanted God to heal me, to prove that He still lives and He is the Cure.

I dragged myself to the bathroom after Jonathan called. After feeling sick for half hour, I finally arrived at the church. I hated being in the car at that moment because the roads were very bumpy and I felt I could just throw up! I walked pass everyone after coming out from the car and headed to the room where Zephaniah slept. Agnes accompanied me. She was very kind and caring. She helped me to get the mattress and pillows. I was very cold but the big cushy pillows are all I have to cover my body.

Sister Shin Jie, Su Han, and Sin Lu prayed for me in the room. Few minutes later, I went to the bathroom and...vomit! It has been a long time since I vomited. I felt refreshed. Then, I felt terrible again. I go to the room once more to take a nap until Bro Peter called for the healing session. There were more than 10 students who wanted healing. Then, the others began to pray for all of us.

A miraculous wonder happened!
There was a deaf and voiceless girl called Julie. Bro Peter prayed for her and after that, she tried to open her mouth to speak. She couldn't say anything, but there's a voice coming out. The people prayed again. They asked her to read out the alphabets and YES, she did it! She can hear too! How amazed Julie's friends would be!
Praise the Lord!

Another astonishing thing happened that night.
Those who got healed wanted to accept Christ.
Bro Peter was amazed and he cried. He said that Jesus Christ is crying too. He showed his happiness through Bro Peter. I am surprised as well. There was an Indian girl who has a hand disease was able to speak in tongue although she’s not a Christian. Her hand is getting better now.
Praise the Lord!

I want to testify that God heals me.
On the next day, I am back to myself! The fever is gone!
I feel much much much better! I can't imagine myself being in that sick condition again. I just can't remember how sick I was and I just laughed when I recalled how worried my friends were. They cared for me and I felt touched. They were all so kind and loving.
Praise the Lord!

Give thanks to the Lord
` He heals
` He is the Cure
p.s: I vomited twice that day. can you imagie how sick I was?

A brief history on Valentine's Day:

Saint Valentine's Day or Valentine's Day is on Feb 14th.
It is the traditional day on which lovers express their love for each other; sending Valentine's cards, candy, or donations to charities, often anonymously. It is very common to present flowers on Valentine's Day.

The holiday is named after two men, both Christian martyrs named Valentine. The day became associated with romantic love in the High Middle Ages, when the tradition of courtly love flourished. The day is most closely associated with the mutual exchange of love notes in the form of "valentines".

Modern Valentine symbols include the heart-shaped outline and the figure of the winged Cupid. Since the 19th century, handwritten notes have largely given way to mass-produced greeting cards.

The Greeting Card Association estimates that approximately one billion valentines are sent each year worldwide, making the day the second largest card-sending holiday of the year behind Christmas. The association estimates that women purchase approximately 85 percent of all valentines.

In the United States, the marketing of Valentine's Day has tagged it as a "Hallmark holiday"

and so,
Happy Valentine's Day!!

in advance... :]

Valuable

Morning everyone, I am in the lab right now. Marketing class had just ended. There's something I wanted to ask everyone of you. Hope that you'll give me a response.
Here it is...

You went to a bookshop and get a pen. Your exam's approaching and you need one. Your partner (girl/boy) bought you another pen and said "Use this pen. It'll bring luck for your exam". Exam's finally over. One day, you found out that both of the pens went missing!

Which pen you will feel more upset for because you lose it?

thanks!

I wanna give a big shout out to:
Bro Jameson

for:
`the chocolate *yum yum*
`the happy face when we hung out
`the real stories he shared
`the help he gave when I almost get a summon ticket >_<'' `the smiles whilst listening to MY stories
`the care he showered upon me

and lastly,
`for the T.I.M.E he spent with me babbling about stuffs
*includes Westlife, McFly, sentimental songs, the blur waitress in Fulltank, the girls whom we think are whores, fashion*

but not least,
`for the "compliment" that I talked like Lindsay Lohan

a Lover

Hello guys, how are you doing? Sorry for not updating my blog. Today I've something to write. Keep on reading...!

I realized that how important it is to talk with your own family members, no matter what things you want to share. It really is important that you must have a good relationship with your parents and your siblings. It is vital to have a good communication with them, because they're the only ones who stand beside you when you're in need of someone.

My relationship with my mother wasn't good. I tried to tell her things but the words couldn't come out, as I was afraid of what she might say. I'm terrified of bad feedbacks because I'd lost the mood to discuss and the things I wanted to share disappear from my mind. That is why most of my friends knew what's going on but not my family. I'm certain that the news would get to them but it's better than I tell them directly.

Well, if you think what I was doing is right, probably you're doing the same and I could say that it's wrong! It's never right to put your family aside. Don't you believe that things will definitely be alright between you and your family if you put faith that everything will be fine? I never thought that my relationship with my mum would be fixed. I never thought of it. I do blame her for certain things. I couldn't get what I want. I was a very selfish person last time *i am still a little now...sigh* I used to hide things from her because I know what she'll say. I never let her know with whom I hung out with last year or where I went with my friends. She was very protective of me! And she is still thinking that I am childish.

Close to the end of the Pungent Year '06, I noticed the difference. I began to open my mouth to talk to her! Well, the first thing I shared with her is about my soon-to-be boyfriend *who is now my ex* She told me some thing that has been stuck in my mind like for a long time, which is "Treat all of them as your friends first and see if you both will get anywhere".Too bad I didn’t listen to her and see where it got me. It's certainly best for us, youngsters to open our small ears and listen to their great advice. Now, I was so close to her that I want to pick glue and stick us both together. Last week, I was having my semester break and I go to work at 1pm. So I'd be free in the morning and usually that's the time for her to lepak. So, whenever I heard her coming out from her room, I'd move a little bit. And when she checked on me, I'd look up at her and ask her if she's going anywhere.

I'm really happy that God has made me close with my mum although I never ask for it. I really appreciate what she has done for me and I'm trying my best to make her happy so that she won’t be upset anymore.

p.s: my sister told me that a customer in the shop kept praising my mum because she has a nice smile. nice eh? and a friend of mine said that her smile is dead gorgeous too :)
