Recently, I get myself involve in observe-cooking sessions. Not directly holding the pan and stuffs, but just being the assistant. Bringing the plates here and there, washing up the dishes, and... getting a little chance to cook. But today, no chance at all.


He took control and his talent + skill + knowledge made them all.


Two of today's dishes are my favourites!


First, he made Grated Potato Patties!



Add enough salt and pepper.

Then, he cook Tofu in Oyster Sauce with Mushroom Toppings!

p.s: Whenever we go to Wednesday pasar malam, I'll never ever miss out tofu.
